Anyone here enjoying Fable 2, or anything else for that matter?

Things are a bit slow before the expansion and I'd like to pick something else up for a few weeks. Fable 2 looks semi tempting but I really didn't like the first one at all, and anyone who's looking forward too it loved the first one so I can't find any reviews I can really trust. Does anyone who didn't like the first one enjoy this sequel, OR has anyone played anything they find stealing time from WoW? Dead space looks fun but a very limited experience for $60

I wish it was on the PC 8( I just finished Crysis Warhead ( sweet game ! ) My new upgrades let me run it at 90% maxed 1900x1200 at an average of 45fps ( looked and felt like 100fps..never any slow downs ) Waiting for Far Cry2 8)

I never played the first Fable. I would like to play Fable 2, though. And being a huge fan of F.E.A.R. (which is what Dead Space reminds me of in terms of creepyness) I would love to play Dead Space -- at night, in the dark.

Makes me think back to when System Shock 2 came out, man, there was a creeeepy game to play in the dark with surround sound.

I loved the first one alot! I liked the freedom aspect and the fact that I could beat up townfolk and be all evil like :evil: I played the PC version and didn't have any issues when it came to controls or anything. It was a solid game and I'm lookin forward to the 2nd one but I don't have enough time to play it at the moment :(

It also seems like they are going even further into the mature audiance route (the first one was adultish in nature but nothing explicit was ever shown...just implied). If they start shownig nudity or something then I'll probably give it a miss.

i liked the first one. but the game was too easy and too short. all i did most of the game was the fire nova like spell and the force pushback spell. need more melee skill? just go out there and whack a few more things. go back and train your melee. i grew old too fast.

i went to gamestop on the 18th to go get Fable 2, and they tell me it's not out on the PC... My 360 is on it's last legs and i cant even use it very much, so i was really hoping to get it for PC

anyways, if you don't know if you should get it, go watch the videos about it... not the crap trailers, the documentary ones... they like 20 mins or something like that and it's just one of the devs showing you the features of the game...

is there any one particular think that you didnt like about the first one, or did you not like the game in general? cause apparently there's lots of new and exciting things in Falbe 2 that i look forward to since Fable just sort of ended and there wasn't much to do afterward

What about God of War. I watched the 1st one on youtube. The graphic are insane and the game play looks cool, it also has some puzzle. Didn't get to see a good run of part 2, but the first 30 minutes of the game looks awesome. Best part is if you like 1 and 2, three is coming out soon. I think the story line is good in this game. The run that i saw was on youtube was about 6 hours (i think), and this guy was good, knowing how to do the puzzles and stuff, he also skipped about 75% of the mobs. So not knowing anything it will take you over 6 hours to do. Take a look at youtube.

right now, nothing of real interest. i am looking forward to gundam dynasty warriors 2 next month and after that is FFXIII and FFvXIII when those finally come to life. about it on my "wish-list" for games atm. rest of my time is spent on WoW...maybe end game on WotLK i'll be on top of everything more and can take more time away, we'll see how that plays out though...

I've been playing Far Cry 2 most of last week, it's a huge improvement over Far Cry 1. I'll be switching to Dead Space tonight, or maybe Fallout 3 -- I haven't yet decided.

As soon as Fable 2 is released for the PC I'll be jumping on it like a squirrel on the last peanut on it. I thoroughly enjoyed Fable 1!

spent the past two days non stop glued to my pc playing deadspace. I havent been grabbed this hardcore by a game since max payne 2. GREAT game, highly recommend it.

I'm 6 hours into Fallout 3. Bethesda seems to have dumbed down a lot of the game, but I am still enjoying it. It's a nice diversion until Wrath gets here.

i finished fable 2 i own every house and am completly good and it took my a grand total of 3 days it was a lot shorter than the first one in my opinion

well...while ive seen some of the new games come out, i havent picked up anything yet. i just finally started playing...(brace yourself)..assassins creed. *gasp* borrowed it from a friend and have yet to make time for it until lately. i do have to say that the games to come out over the past two or three weeks are awesome...heard alot of good stuff about em.

but with one week til xpac release...who cares? =P i do hope the store here decides to have copies on time...otherwise im gonna be pissed...
