to answer your question Yes... There is a DNP button below pause on the latest version.. Also, in the options you can bind a key to it.

Yes I use pause to mute all passes, and ctrl+pause to temporarily get rid of do-not-pass. Makes it easy to enter my passwords at the same time, do an emote at the same time, whisper someone for fun x5 at the same time, etc.
