I've been boxing here for a few weeks now, love the community, and help out on those rare occasions when I know the answer to someone's question.

I'm running my first team to 60 and occasionally just have to share some of the firsts, as I'm sure even the oldest MBers remember when they first did it.

Like 2 nights ago I did my first real on-level instance run in ages. My shammies were 49 and had most of the ZF quests, my friend had a 48 pally linked to my first shammy with RAF, so off we went.

The last few times any alt of mine did ZF were with L70s, like a hunter sending his pet to tank the whole place. Was a refreshing change to have to pay attention.

None of my girls is resto, 4 pure bolters, Kinesia ('http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Silver+Hand&n=Kinesia') is the one who gets to spend all the big screen time. I currently run a simple assist party1 and nuke nuke nuke system. Haven't configured my setup to allow fast switching between 4 shammies, 4 shammies/1 pally (mine) and 4 shammies/1 pally (buddy) yet.

Was just amazed how effective and simple and FUN it was to run some of those big pulls and nuke down elites like schoolchildren. Putting a brace of bolts in the air that barely arrive ahead of the following chainlightning, there's just something about it. healing the tank? pfft rarely at most, like the time in the one fountain courtyard where a mob fled and brought 2 more batches of adds, still no deaths.

With my buddy's pally dropping consecrate, me following with a batch of magma, stoneclaw, earthbind, then mana, healing, grounding and tremor totems, things tended to just melt even with minimal nuking.

I loved the pyramid fight with this layout. I see people use a lotof searing or fire nova totems, I've seen good results with magma so long as I have stoneclaws mixed in.

Gahz'rilla was tough, kept punting me up in the air and freezing the tank, but in general I wasn't really fully set up. Still had to use reincarnates on 3 of the kids, 1 midfight.

Dinged 50 in the instance, handed in the quests and dinged 51. And looking at my gear on Kinesia linked above you can see she's in crap. Kinecia, Kinezia and Kinetia are identical, though I'm struggling with the decision about what to do with the blue drops I got in ZF. Do I use them or maintain the "all alike" vibe? I'm not running ZF again, I have other zones to beat up on.

This is a little ramblish, but just an anecdote of the fun of multiboxing. I'm really going very slowly compared to most of the veterans (gonna average about 1 level per hour to 60 I think) but I'm enjoying myself.

Ret pally was out killing Horde near the entrance to SM last night (we had the inside locked down). I went out, noticed I was no longer PvP tagged, and just parked in front of him, dropped totems, and spread out. Trink/Elemental Mastery...Chain Lightning...he bubbles before they hit. Poo. He killed two of my girls before I could take him down. I did get a good laugh when I saw him bubble though, so it was worth it.

I laughed at myself last night as I attempted my first BG at level 24.

Queued up for Warsong Gulch and imidiatly got /tell WTF are you here!

and

/bg that damn Shaman boxer is pissing me off.

I guess it was rude of me to take up 50% of the slots in the BG with characters 5 levels too low... but it was hella fun, even though I got rolled over and OVER again (note to self: Tremor totems would have helped those fear bombs)

Anyways, made me giggle when I could nearly 1 shot some folks 5 levels higher and I have crap gear.

Hmm, my first giggle moment, when Visa decided I have a gambling problem from spending so much on this Blizzard Ent. gaming site and denied me the ability to upgrade to TBC with my Visa debit card. I yelled at a customer service rep from Visa for about 10 minutes. I still ended up going to the store an buying 4 more copies of TBC ($10 cheaper at Walmart than from Blizz online wtf?) Needless to say if I find that Visa denies my 6 month renewals my bank is gonna be a hotbed of screaming, yelling, and jumping up and down. My second giggle moment: when I could only log in half my team at a time and other accounts couldn't find the toons.
