Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone knows how to turn of the spam you get when you log in with only one of your multiboxing characters;
I logged in with one character, to do some general tinkering (levelling professions) and I'm constantly getting the following message in chat:
"No player named "..." is currently playing" - the dots are all the names of the other characters in that particular multiboxing team, who are offline.
I've checked the all the options, but can't see to find anything that turns this off.

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance

When you are playing a character solo; you need to go into the /jamba options and unselect the other team members in the team list.

This way Jamba recognises them as "disabled" and won't attempt to communicate with them.

When you go back into team mode, just select all your team members again, "enabling" them.

Hey that gives me a good idea for an option though...

Possible to make a keybind option (or a / option) that will automatically disable all teammates other than the current one, and another keybind (or the same one) that will re-enable?

Heh, I've thought about a solo mode option; wondering if anyone would ask. Will see what I can do...

A solo play option would be great. I've ditched a few mods I used for solo play in favour of Jamba.

this would be wonderful, as sometimes i have to turn off auto follow after combat, etc. but do keep the auto-sell of gray items active. i love it. =]

Hmm, is there anyway for a mod/addon to monitor your friends' list to see if your party is online? Or yellow text (boba has left the group / boba has gone offline) for when you log out yuor party but keep the main on?

Just an idea, and I'm not sure if it's even possible.

Just an idea, and I'm not sure if it's even possible. This is what Jamba tried to do originally in the first release. It caused no end of trouble (people could not log into wow); check the first couple of pages of the main Jamba thread for examples. Its a neat idea and worked for me, but caused issues for others; hence the logic was pulled from the addon.
