Had to reformat

I have been using KC for a while now.. never got into the forums cuz I never had any problems till now. I had to reformat my machine. I sent an email with my old KC ID and the new one, my email and my other order info. I just wanted to knopw how long it would be till I can use it again. Do yo uneed my ip or any thing else I dunno how this whole thing works..
