Casting Volley/Blizzard and such.

I've read time and time again that it is now not possible, with very few testimonies to the face that it is possible(with a lot of work).

I want to ask a few questions before I decide to go all out.... only asking 1 at a time.

Is there a way to cast an AoE spell like Volley and Blizzard without clicking, I.E. I press "enter" when it has an area selected and it casts it?

I've searched already, all I find are posts of Octopus. Broadcast a mouse keeps bringing me back here.

if your using keyclone broadcasting mouse is a feature
but you can pretty much only cast on your group
