Given that the experience to level to 70 is less now and RAF works until 60 is there any strong reason not to go into outlands at 58 if you have a full five box team?
My only worry (since i haven't leveled to 70 before) is that if i go in at 58 i will run out of quests to get me to 70.

Even before the patch you wouldn't run out of quests to hit 70, you always have a couple zones untouched normally. More if you do instances. I don't remember where I read it, but a designer said before it should take you 5 out of 7 zones questing to hit 70, now it should take you 3 out of 7.

Im level 67 and have finished Hellfire, Zangar, and on the last stretch of Terrokar.
Of course Ive done zero instances, but I could easily see how you could be 70 or close to it in 3 zones now.

You'll run out if you don't want to do collection quests...

that is a great point about not doing collection quests.
hmmmm...
still with the reduced xp needed to get to 70 maybe doing minimum collection quests will be ok
i have already done some collection quests to get to 56... not many at all but some that i wanted the reward or the chain for xp.
