Can a 5 Shaman Confirm Nazan is still killable using the the bridge strat

I have tried 3 times now, killed him, only to have him despwn and the event reset. Please let me know if fighting him seperate from his rider is no longer possible on herioc. Thanks.

I just did HC Ramparts 30 minutes ago.
I have recorded the whole run and i can post it here later for you if you'd like to.

I first tried to kill the normal dude on the mount, and then the big dragon, but that sucked.

I did the bridge thingy and it worked, i only heard if you fail then it despawns.

A couple months ago this would happen to me also. I think this happens when you are too far away. On the ramp itself it starts out as a small incline then comes to a flat area then declines down to the boss area. If i remember correct if I parked my toons on the small incline area I would have him despawn/reset. IF you move up a little bit to the flat part of the ramp then he should drop the rider and fly around while shooting fireballs at you.

I was frustrated with this for a while and skipped him. Once I learned the placement it was easy.

I'm also having some trouble with this strategy. Could you possibly post just the fight? Seeing it done would probably help tons :-) and be a great wiki link for the hramps page.
