I'm trying to migrate my 5-man to another server, but after I migrated the first two I got:

Payment rejected

An error has occurred on this page Look below for details and correct the error before resubmitting.
But there are no details below.. :P
I've read up on some other guy who had the same problem, but no solution was described.
Someone suggested that it might be some sort of "anti CC stealing"-guard that blocks your payments if you use the same credit card several times, either from the banks side or from Blizzards.

I'm not all that keen on paying with a friends card either, heard about people that have gotten their accounts locked up for investigation when they payed for different services with different credit card owners.

I had problems with renaming five chars at one time and with the subscription fee being charged for four accounts on the same day another time. After talking to bother the CC company and Blizzard, I know that this is a Blizzard issue. Blizzard allows only a certain amount, 2 or 3, charges to a credit card within a certain time frame. I guess they are giving it some time to see if it is rejected by the CC company. If you do call the Blizzard billing support, they will push your payment through manually. Watch out - they just do what you tell them, so if you ask for the 3rd payment and hang up, be prepared to call again for the 4th. =]

Any non-boxer will usually not encounter this issue, since there won't be multiple things charged to the CC in short order.

I had the same, somehting with Blizzard's security system on using a cc a max amount of times.

I managed to eventually migrate by cancelling the PCT's, then remaking them but using Automatic Incasso instead of CC (Option only available in limited countries). Waiting 24 hours then tried again, worked like a charm.

Phoning billing support didn't help me.

This is standard security when using your CC with blizz. After a certain number of transactions in a certain amount of time, they will reject your CC unless you call CS to clear it - or wait a while and you will be able to use it again. I don't know how long you have to wait, I waited a day and it was cleared. Or use different CC's when one gets rejected - I prefer that to calling them :)

I saw a blue post saying they were suspending all transfers to relieve the stress on the servers. They should post when they are back up and running.

I had this recently with my cc and it was just for my standard recurring monthly subs. The first time it was too late to call anyone so I just used a pre paid card I had lying about. A week later another sub ran out and payment was still rejected. I had to call my cc company. Something about potential dubious activity on my cc account. Nice of them to not bother getting in touch with me about it though :)

I was making several charges (adding accounts, moving toons) - and after getting denied after the second charge, American Express actually called up my wife about 15 minutes later and asked if she knew about them. At first she didn't know about them! Oh crap! But we got it straightened out before the Amex called Blizzard back. (uh oh, so much for hiding my WoW sub fees from the wife!)

Got the exact issue now myself.. for 4 days ago i had a monthly sub to pay.. An hour or so I started a Paid character transfer to a new server so I could join the "Gimp" Eu multiboxing guild with my team. After I had transferred my 3rd toon i got the same problem. "Payment Rejected etc..". Tried different cards i have but still rejected.. Sent a webform to blizz the other day to fix this since the problem seems to be on their side. Gonna try to make a call to them tomorrow if i still havent gotten a reply from them about the problem. My druid healer and last shaman is stuck between the realms now :( poor howsters.
