Main question, is there a complete list of all / commands available for jamba? I am just kind of stumbling upon them as I go.

Also, thought I would post this. not sure if there is an easier way, but as I am boxing 5 classes I need to consolidate as many macros as I can. I Happened upon this one I thought other might find usefull.

/jamba-follow master all
/stopmacro [nobutton:2]
/jamba-group invite

Pretty simple, left click or button press and it sends the follow command. right click and it sends the follow command and forms the group.

There is on the Wiki. If you only knew how much you can find there.

unfortunately much of the new features of jamba are not listed that.. I'd love to know more on the jamba-target stuff

Trying the jamba / commands and getting nowhere. Specifically the /jamba setmaster Toon1 and /jamba-follow master are both doing nothing

I wish it was up to date as well. Where are the elves when you need them? (The ones that can program lua and write docs, not fix shoes.)

Looks like you are not adding tags to those commands. The commands need an "all" after them so all the toons know what is going on.

Make sure your toons are enabled - checked on the team tab (read this):

http://wow.jafula.com/addons/1-jamba/15-how-to-configure-your-group

and some example uses of what you might be trying to do here:

Leaderless/Targetless - Focus Based Hydra ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=14434')

And I do try and answer all questions. Send me a PM if you get really stuck; I really don't mind helping.

I'm always surprised that some people can spend a long time programming something, and then not write documentation. Guess they get a kick from programming, not from people actually using it.

I tried this addon briefly, no proper readme file (as opposed to a website never updated) explaining anything. Even the tooltips doesn't explain anything except repeat the text which is on the actual GUI

So now its deleted again, and I'm trying an addon with a readme file

Oh well, guess its what the author wanted.

It's pretty self explanatory. I guess some folks are used to everything having warning labels and how-to pictures on em'. I'm baffled by a lot of the posts about Jamba I see. I installed it, and used it. When I wanted to see what a feature did, I tried it. I just looked in my addon folder and of the few that had a 'readme' file, most were donation solicitations or ads for other addons they have written.

Well honestly I think Jafula did quite a good job in creating jamba in a way, that the basic features are self explanatory, so for me there was never a real need for a full featured documentation. Also the original version we're realy well documentated, and its more the 'newer' features wich lack some info...

...but combined with Jafulas habit of answering all questions quite quick (and in detail), I realy don't want him to write a extended docu, but to focus an bringing us more exciting features ;)

..from my point of view, he wrote an awesome addon, which realy saved me alot of time, and maybe it is now our turn to give the favour back and write some docu/guides/examples for him, rather than complaining..
..especially considering that it is free.

Jamba slash commands ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&postID=142561#post142561')

Reading through the Jamba Sticky and asking the odd question here (and getting them answered right away I might add) has been good enough for me.

Oh well, guess its what the author wanted. Here's the deal - I'd guess that there are a few hundred hours into Jamba in it's current state - the author also plays the game and has a job or school... the product is still rapidly changing and all of the "documentation" you asked about is in the thread where he answers hundreds of questions. To top that off, you have many other users like myself who are more than willing to document the sections that they use - it's spread out a bit but you can find them.

Jamba /commands are documented here. ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&postID=142561#post142561')

Jamba has just about EVERY feature documented somewhere here. ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=12887&pageNo=1')

And if you still can't pull it together, incriment that post count and ask a question instead of just bitching in a passive aggressive style about how shitty addon authors document their product. I for one can tell you that no matter HOW WELL you document something, someone will bitch about it - because they didn't bother to read or they didn't bother to comprehend what you wrote or maybe, just maybe, they like to bitch.

You're missing out on one of the best multi-boxing addons ever created. With the 3.1 patch + Jamba, life is going to be so sweet in WoW.
