I have not played for the last month and want to come back. My questions are:
1. What is a good build for Tanking Pally post 3.0 patch
2. What is a good build for Resto Shammy post 3.0 patch
3. What is a good build for Elem Shammy post 3.0 patch

While I can't speak to this as being a perfect build, if you want to take a look at my raiding Pally and Ele shaman, these builds have worked very well (Actually the Ele build pulled 1700 DPS in Black temple last night, which was pretty impressive for me.)
PvE Elemental Shaman Spec ('http://www.wowarmory.com/character-talents.xml?r=Silvermoon&n=Zahavit')
PvE Protection Paladin Spec ('http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/classes/paladin/talents.html?tal=000000000000000000000000000050053 503310251533312321500000000000000000000000000') - On this one myself and another protection pally had a few disagreements as to if it's worth getting the Improved Hammer of Justice. I think we came to a consensus that Post Kara and ZA it's not worth it, but prior to it's useful.

What do you think about this for a protection pally build

You can do that, but mind you a 1 point Blessings of Kings now is all but worthless, it's a 2 percent stat increase. You would really need to devote 5 points to make it worth getting.

If playing with the holy trinity of Pally, Resto Shammy and 3 Elem Shammy, what would you spec on the Pally ell?
What blessing do you propose putting onto the Shammies now? I usually put on the decrease in threat blessing. Kings never really saved me in PVP, but my gear is reallly low quality :)

I would almost say for leveling purposes make the paladin a retadin and use a shield for instances. Rets do retarded damage right now and I find they tank just fine.
