RAF help needed. Want 70 ASAP

I'd like to get at least one toon to 70 by the new release so I can go 70-80 with the new horde guild ive joined on Area 52.

Ive leveled several 70s on Alli and currently have 3 non-RAF accounts. I have 3 level 19 shammies on the horde server and one level 16 Warlock, one shammie on each account and the warlock shares an account. These are my first horde toons so i am not well versed in horde specific areas, but am a fast learner.

I don't think I can get to 70 by the release date either 1, 2 or 3 boxing in my current situation. I can average about 3-4 hours of playtime a day.

I'm not adverse to spending up to $100 to get this done.

My question to all the RAF experts (ive read a bunch of the RAF posts), what would be the best way to get the RAF bonus and get 1 more more toons to 70 rather quickly.

I'm not really wild about asking my new guildmates to boost me thru instances so I'd rather have a plan that I can execute by myself. Tho i'm sure I can get any occassional instance run thru.

My thaughts on this are having you buy the battle chest, 2 month game card and then link that account to your vet account.

With 3 hours a day, if you are diligent enough, you will have a little over 3 days played time by the day Woltk is released. I know people that used this guide pre tbc and leveled pretty quick with it. http://www.wow-pro.com/node/754

You should be able to get close to 70 in this time but not sure if exactly at 70 (mind you if you get to 70 the day of release you will be fighting all kinds of people for kills on mobs and pick ups, so you may find that you would be fine leveling a week or two after people have started, with that you will be a little behind those that have a huge concentration on one area persay)
