RAF help asap!

wanna grant lvl from my lvl 16 mage to my lvl 4 priest before i delete the mage, but the option is grayed out, why?

The mage is on the recruited account and the priest on the veteran account.

Whats wrong? Summon works.

It's a bug that blizzard is currently working on. Any levels gained prior to the patch do not contribute to the levels you can grant.

I need to see that in blue or I am calling bullshit. If it is in blue then Blizzard is getting a nasty letter from a lawyer stating I want my money back for 3 accounts and time played.

There are posts in the blizzard support forum about this issue. They are aware of it and it is being worked on. I am sure they will recover your missing levels.

They will fix it. But there are honestly much bigger problems. I have like 120 or so levels to gift as soon as I finish the half boosting I need to do. My RAF runs out on Nov 6. I am not panicking

Sorry for being unclear.
The bug is that you cannot grant levels that you gained prior to the patch.
They are trying to fix that so that you can grant those levels that you earned prior to the patch.
RAF still works for levels you gain post patch.

Wow, yours runs out on the exact same day as all 16 of mine do. I'm hoping this is fixed before then because I need to use the RAF bonus levels on some level 17s that I worked on in the last few days... :(

There is a sticky in the CS forums now. Bad news is in there people quote an EU-CS post saying they are gone and can't be retrieved, but later backed down saying they were looking for a fix still (which made a lot more sense). He also said they would have something tonight (Morning US time) on the status. No US conformation of this yet.
