Stuck at lvl 43 with no where to quest.

I did the search and didn't find anything on this topic. I'm at level 43 and can't find any decent quests to do to get to 44 so I can do hinterlands. I'm on my 5 shaman team and I've tried Badlands, Swamp of Sarrows, STV, and finishing up Arathi. For the life of me, I can't find decent enough quests to get my 60k XP to level.

I'm doing a RAF bonus, so I'd appreciate any input you guys can give me on a good quest or series of quests that are easy to do for my shaman.

Is 43 good enough to do 5 shaman SM?

To be honest, 43 is even a little high for SM, so start doing that right away. =)

Do the quest for all that shit were southsea pirate guys are, if you done em - clear out that place a few times with chain lightning. That place is the best grinding spot ever, i bet it woudnt take you long to get 60k with raf there :)

at 43 i hit Tanaris - took me up to 46 when i went to Hinterlands

Gather up all the quests for zul farrak and get a high level to clear the place out for you (If that's an option).

I can't understand running out of quests when using RAF - I had to skip so many!

Have you tried Tanaris? Feralas?

43 is NO problem at all:

around 40-41, Tanaris! kill bandits, pirates and nameds. If you get the robot chicken to drop (home robot wooshie), you can do the escort aswell. collect wastewander waterskins or whatever they are called, and IF you get 25 of them, accep the quest in Gadget and turn it in. Else skip that part.

43ish - Searing Gorge: kill lava spiders, golems and whatnot - there is also the named underground, incendosaurs and the outhouse quest - bring 3 silk on each of your toons. Dont go for the "outhouse key" quest, because if it drops, only 1 drops at a time and it takes ages to get 4 more. You can always save them, distributing them to alts while doing the other quests, and if you are lucky to get all 5, then ofc do that turnin aswell. SKIP "Ledger from Tanaris" and all other collection quests ofc.

45 - Hinterlands, woohoo

47-48 - back to Tanaris, kill ogres and do the Noggenfogger things

48+ cherry pick killquests from Azshara (and the amazing tablet quest), southern felwood and blasted lands.

50+ WPL: entry, and then do the cauldron quests, picking up the quests at each field and do those aswell - WPL is TONS of killquests. Hit EPL around 54

basicly, use http://www.wowhead.com/?zones#0+2+1 and just jump around to each area as soon as you can, cherrypick killquests and you'll be blasting to 60.

Sad to say i am not a RAF user, and my team was having a hard time in the 40s as well. Especially when i saw a tribox raf user go from 29 to 46 this passed weekend when it took me all weekend to get 6 levels :-(.

Anyhow, SM was clear-able mid 30s, im actually clearing ZF now but i also have a tank on my side. Like the other suggested, there are several areas to do, the raf user that i have been tracking did STV late 30s and did all of tanaris to get nearly 6 to 7 levels in the day, passing me last night right when i logged off.

for you since your raf its just a matter of finding a spot to quest, for me its more along the lines of stop dragging my feet and just do it. :-)

How can you be out of quests?



Here is your step by step order to 60 with zero outlands quests:

1. Go to Searing Gorge finish all kill and collection quests, about 3 levels here in 45 minutes

2. Go to Tanaris, do the initial quests and pick up feralas quest

3. Go to Feralas do the ogre chain and harpies, great exp, do the quest you picked up in Tanaris

4. Back to Tanaris, finish up southern ogre quest.

5. You should be at 48-50 right now, head to hinterlands, this is the upper level to hit hinterlands, but once you pick up all the quests, its legit, I got another 3 levels for 45 min of questing.

6. Personally at this point, you have two paths to follow, depending on whether you want to go to outlands at 58 or wait until 60. I recommend going to Felwood and grabbing all the quests in there, to obviously include the Timbermaw ones for the RAF bonus to rep.

7. Finish Felwood quickly, and head to Winterspring, I personally only do the Timbermaw quests, the Former Elite quest chain, and the Giants.

8. Now you are ready for Western Plaguelands, go forth and do great things, ding and head to outlands. DO NOT FORGET THE CHEESE MAN QUESTS FOR THE SCARLET.
