Help Me decide On Group Setup For WOTLK

I never got a beta invite so I dont know what to expect. All my toons are lvl 70 and have decent gear. I want them all to hit lvl 80. I figure to level 1 group then the next while the first gets rest xp.

Both groups will be full rested by the time LK starts. We start getting our rested when 3.0 hits, which gives us ~1 month to not be logged in for a total of 7 days.
