Hey there, I am back again with another question!
So all the feedback provided with my video setup worked out great and I have been multiboxing since. I started with a 4 Mage 1 Priest(MAIN) setup.
I had the 4 mages as slaves with me playing the priest. the ONLY way I healed the mages was to use the addon(Healbot).
I got my mages and priest to 30 and want to get my Shaman team going.
So I have made 5 Shaman, but I have come into a problem...
Will all 5 Shaman be DPSing? Will I have 1 Shaman set to spec into restoration? Will I be playing my MAIN as the healer and useing healbot? Or will i be a DPSer and using macros for a slave to heal?
It basically sums up to a f ew Choices:
1 Healing, Resto Spec(MAIN) using Healbot
4 DPS
5 DPS With Healbot on MAIN for healing)
1 Healing, Resto Spec(SLAVE) using Macros
4 DPS(with my MAIN as a DPS)
Im unsure how to get this going and what will be most effective...And If I did in fact use macros, what macros to use..

I've found that 4/5x lesser healing wave at certain times can completely remove the need for a dedicated healer.
I'd keep them all elemental. Heal with lesser healing wave, chain healing if you got chars unable to heal but want some spread out aoe healing. It's all you need.
Still, some boxers prefer one shaman as a dedicated healer, but, seriously, there's no -real- need for it. You have enough dps to ghet through most encounters without heals at all, and truely, 4/5x lesser healing waves and back at 100%. Works fine. :p
By the way, healbot? What? D:
By the way, I use one button for healing, and this is it:
/cast [mod:shift, target=player] Chain Heal
/cast [target=target,help,exists][target=targettarget,help,exists][target=player] Lesser Healing Wave
FTL macro for the same char when I press the healing button:
#showtooltip Lesser Healing Wave
/target [mod:ctrl,mod:alt,nomod:shift,target=Canilka][mod:alt,mod:shift,nomod:ctrl,target=Canllka][mod:ctrl,mod:alt,mod:shift,target=Canlika]
/cast [target=targettarget,help,exists][target=targettargettarget,help,exists][target=player] Lesser Healing Wave
/cleartarget

/cleartargetIn your leaderless setup, doesn't this mean you'll always have only 1 char do the chain heal (the main) while the others get keymappings for a normal lesser healing wave? Or does keyclone detect the fact you pressed shift as well and doesn't trigger the modifiers to the other toons?

I have all 5 of my shams spec'd elm
I have 2 buttons for lighting and heal... button 1 LB's my focus target and button 2 flash heals my target's target on my main and LB's my target on my slaves.
you need this setup because of the delay on target switching on your adds can be one or two seconds and in heroics that could kill killed in that time.
on a pull I start of with LB, then CL and continue to LB x5 until the enemy is in melee range and is hitting someone, you should be able to take down 1 or 2 mobs in trash pulls. then switch to LB + LHW. and make sure you're targetting the mob that you know hits the hardest, this will usually take a few wipes to learn.
The lower city prayer book is invaluable for this setup becuase you rarley run out of mana on a trash pull or boss fight + the imp LHW from the nagrand animal killing spree will give you that extra boost. altho when spellpower is introduced in a few days you'll see a lot better healing with old dps gear
I've used this setup in every heroic except the 2 I can not clear, BF and AC

So you has a target(not yourself) that is focused, the another target that isn't that you can target yourself, and make your slaves switch back and forth?
How well is a leaderless setup in efficiency over a focus setup?

Sorry for not getting back to this sooner..
Yes, I have a focus setup, the non focus setup doesn't interest me because it uses too many characters in a macro for the situational macros I like to write, I want my modifiers to cast different spells, not use different assists.
Button 1 on main
#showtooltip Lightning Bolt
/use [target=focustarget, harm] 13
/cast [harm] Blood Fury
/cast Elemental Mastery
/cast [harm] Lightning Bolt; /cast [help] Lesser Healing Wave
Button 2 on my main
#showtooltip Lesser Healing Wave
/cast [target=targettarget] Lesser Healing Wave
Button 1 and 2 on my other shamans
#showtooltip Lightning Bolt
/use [target=focustarget, harm] 13
/cast [target=focustarget, harm] Blood Fury
/cast Elemental Mastery
/cast [target=focustarget, harm] Lightning Bolt; /cast [target=focustarget, help] Lesser Healing Wave

It only sends the unmodified key as keymappings, holding shift sends the key straight. Never screws up.
