Hello and thanks for all the great info here. I've been lurking here for awhile, first time posting. I found this resource after dual-boxing a little bit on my own when leveling, but only after I found this site, purchased Keyclone and had a very enlightening phone tutorial with the author (thank you!) was I able to unlock the true potential of all my accounts/characters. Since I didn't plan to multi-box from the start, I have 1 x70 of every class, in some cases 2. So my question is: What's been the toughest multi-box setup you've tried and how well did you succeed or bad did it fail?

I'll start. Las night I finally got to do my Dreadsteed quest for my lone Warlock. I took my Holy Priest, Prot Warrior, Ret Paly, Resto Shaman and SL Warlock. I won't admit how long it took... but in the end I rode out with my new mount so I can't complain :).

Hardest for me was the pally+hunters group. It was working great before they nerfed screech's aggro distribution. After the nerf, I just couldn't keep the pets alive in instances without getting aggro on the pally. The deadzone issues and having no ranged CC abilities really hurt that group in some situations. Having to give up 25% of your bag space for ammo was painful, too.

Easiest was by far the 4-mage group. With the 2.0 macro changes, you can condense mages down to like 3-5 main hotkeys and be successful, even in instances.

Toughest: 5 hunters. Dead zone. /slit. Nuff said. Likely to be improved in the future with the removal / reduction of the dead zone.

Easiest PvE: Prot Pally, Holy Priest, Demo Lock, 2 x Fire / Arcane Mage.
