Hello,

I'm dualboxing pally + mage now, with pally as the main, and mage on follow. Mostly it works just fine, but sometimes when I'm not careful, I can get attacked from behind, especially in mine/cave areas where spawn rate is fast.

What do I do when it happens? because when I tab to get the new mob on target, and I hit the fireball button, the mage won't cast it because it's not "facing" the mob.
True I can turn the mage manually and then start casting, but this takes time. And as we all know, mage can't take that much beating :)

For now, I just go hit that mob with my pally, and he'll take the aggro. But if there is any trick or mechanism that allows "auto turning", that would be great.

Try this out. Get hate with pally, then move, with your mage on follow it will turn to face pally, and mob will follow pally, then cast away. :whistling:

Im doing the exact thing you are right now. Pally-mage combo JUST dinged 30 last night, And ive had that mage shanked from behind so many times.

A useful macro that i spam constantly on the Palidan:
/target {slavename}
/cast Righteous Defense
/targetlasttarget

This gets any mob attacking the mage attacking the palidan instead!

But in terms of the LoS issue. Best thing ive found out to do is strafe around the mob a quarter of a turn, this will cause the follow to reingage and have him face you.
Or even simpler if you are in this situation:
{Palidan}
{Mage}
{Mob}

Just run straight through the mob, your mage will turn around then you can proceed giving divine justice to the mob that was stabbing your mage in its back :D

Hope that helped!
