Can anyone please tell me how to hack in NASA, I tried googling it but couldn't find any good ways.
Oh yea, can you please tell me how to make home made bombs? I can only make the ferteliser bombs and want to know more.
While you are at it, how can I kill a man using only my hands but not via strangling/suffocation?

Asking about it is enough for a permanent forum suspension. Altho he'll likely get a warning first. Depends if his account has been temp banned before or not.

Valkry... i think that asking about the other things you asked about can also get you into trouble depending on if it is noticed or not. Asking Blizzard directly about it is going to get noticed. Asking about something is enough to begin to establish "intent" and intent is important. We act against "intent" legally all the time. Intent is legally important in many ways.

I was once sitting on the curb reading a book waiting for a friend to finish a very intense conversation with their parents... and it was in a rich neighborhood... and the police came by just to check out what i was doing... some of the neighbors called me in lol.

You might be surprised how easy it is to get into trouble.

You seem to be missing the point. If I recall correctly, this fellow was looking for information so that he could actually act on it. It's conspiracy, which is akin to actually committing the act, even if not explicitly declared.
