war/shadowpriest DB pair...warlock as demo for tank?

i have a spriest/warlock duo ( spriest is the main toon) and wiht the new talents was wondering if it would just be better to make sure i have a tank with the felguard and go sbolt spam on her....put COS then sbolt till dead. would that be better then afflic?..just thinking in terms of a tank >_< not fond of the voidwalker much

warlock is afflic atm..and this is mostly pertaining to the 3.0 patch :P

I'm currently running a WL/sPriest combo. I started out with the sPriest as the master and the WL as slave but I soon realized that it wouldn't work. The Warlock is Affliction specced and the Priest is more of a dmg booster to the Warlock. Althou, I'm currently reached the level where I can put points in Wand Spec and with that the sPriest is actually grabbing aggro later on in the fights.

A normal fight today is UA (should switch to Corruption) & CoE with the WL and Vampiric Embrace/Touch with a Shadow Word: Pain on that with the sPriest. Then I basically wand the mob to death. Saves alot of mana and hardly affect HP at all.

Affliction. DoT and run. I am not sure what level you are at now. If you go with Corruption, CoA, Siphon Life from the lock and SW Pain plus VT and VE (and any other shadow priest dots) You will be able to run around for damn near ever kill mobs your level. Pully out the succy, turn off her mana using spells, let her whip stuff and be your extra mana battery. If you are getting enough mana back from the priest turn on lash of pain.

The Warlock is the tank. DoT and run baby, DoT and run.

im not liking it too much cuz i constantly have to heal the warlock...cuz of life tap and idk...i just always seem oom
