If you seen on TV how well she could move those limbs then the idea comes to mind... why not let her have 4 arms? ... the legs wont work but damn... do you know how much ownage that girl could do with 4 arms? Thats like a dream.... and she just cut off her 2 extra arms...

I was just glad that the parents didn't get all fanatical and insist that she keep the useless extra limbs.

I wouldn't mind if she kept the functional ones though, the twin grew in such a way that her extra legs were under her real legs, and her extra arms were under her extra legs...

Not sure if they would be useful where they were anyway.
