like the title says...i only have 2 accounts and hte pair im lvling up right now is 2 shaman..was doing them both elemental but wondering fi its feasible to have one resto one elemental

earth shield on the main so he can just keep on trucking along casting etc....better totems...was just curious if this would make lvling alot slower or maybe just easier? idk

In my opinion it would actually make it slower. I've tried this while 2 boxing a resto and balance druid.

With shamans you can have both elemental blasing through everthing and whenever needed just pop a heal instead of dedicating one of to be healing only.

I agree, it is slower levelling when one character is restoration spec. While I was levelling my latest RAF characters I thought it would be a good idea to level 1 as restoration and the other as elemental. Unfortunately restoration spec considerably slowed down the levelling process relative to them both being elemental. Once I re-speced the speed at which they levelled was noticeably faster.

If you're only running two accounts you might want to make one enhancement in order to put a beating on the mobs and just let your follower hammer away with elemental damage. Once you hit the outlands though you need to consider what you want your end game spec to be though in order to get the gear for it.

you can heal without being resto.

Elemental can put out decent heals. Pre-endgame, it doesn't matter what spec you are, you can heal. I healed instances while lvling up a shammy solo, specced enhancement and in enhancement gear, it's fine.
