Heya everyone, it's pretty late so this might sound crazy, but I figured I'd post before bed. I'm currently working on a new project (Pally / Mage) and they just dinged 30 at 8 hours /played, which was decent compared to my first try at dual-boxing. I've been rushing them through DM / Stocks / and now SM to get up to where I am, but I unfortunately only have a rogue ro rush with. I was lookin through the Rogue talents, and I came accross an idea about Rogue AOE'ing instances, up until probably ZF'ish.

The build I was looking at is.. http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=fhxZMxEo0Vzx0GoZxbjoh

With this build I have put points needed into survivability talents such as 5% Dodge, 5% Parry, Sleight of Hand, Vitality, etc. But I have also thrown points into the following talents, [Setup 3/3] [Imp Evis 3/3] and [Aggression 3/3] along with the other ovious combat talents. So I have tried to max my Evis damage in thoughts of doing this damage rotation;

1 - Run through and grab mobs.
2 - Go behind a corner and wait for the mobs to get to me.
3 - Evasion, Adrenaline Rush, Blade Flurry. [All at once]
4 - Spam Sinister Strike till 5 points and Eviscerate. [Until they are dead]

I was thinking with the mass amount of combo points I will be recieving from Setup + Evasion, I could just spam Eviscerate and tear through the mobs with Blade Flurry on. And once Blade Flurry faded just kill the rest of the mobs normally.

I'm lookin for any input on this idea ^^ pleasee! Any suggestions or tactics that might make a theory like this work. Night night everyone, i'll check on y'all in the morning :thumbsup:

What is your gear like?

I powered lvled 2 groups from 10-60 power lvling with my rogue. My rogue was pvp spec (which i don't think was the best thing, but i did arena during the week and didn't want to respec twice a week so just kept in PvP build) and was also in full season 1 gear. I was able to to do RFC up until ZF (skipped the stairs cause it was a pain to do, do able, but a pain) at 45 i brought them to scholo (at that time i got 2 pieces of s3 gear) i only cleared the first room then reset. the first room only takes about 15 minutes to do and get about 2 bars form like lvl 55-58 per clear non rest. I found that scholo was easier then strat. 1 good thing is in scholo you can sap 1 guy so you are basically doing a 1 on 1 most of the time (like 2 pulls where there are 3 mobs so it is 2 on one). What you do in scholo is keep your guys at the entrance kill the 4 skeletons and the 1 skeleton that pats the stairs. After that move your guys to the stairs and clear the first room then leave and repeat. Pretty much i really didn't cloak until zf and didn't sap until scholo. You can easily get to 58 in scholo 58-60 you only get like 1.7 bars per clear.

If you go combat and get blade fury then i think you will have an easier time.

need any more info let me know.

I boosted people through all instances up to LBRS, didnt have UBRS key lol.
This was quite some time ago, I was combat fist weapon spec and wearing full season 2 pvp gear. it was quite easy too.

probably the reason i picked scholo was for the rep.... well that doesn't matter anymore :( you never know maybe it will be an achievement

My gear on the rogue is a mix between some Season 1, Season 4, Tier 4, and Misc Kara Gear. Thanks for the input everyone! What i'll end up doing is staying combat swords with Adrenaline Rush and Blade Flurry, but I have just one more question.. Should I use the raiding spec 19/42/0 or HARP? Thanks in advance land lubbers! ^^

It depends what you want to do with your rogue. I was still pvping with my rogue so i never respec for the grind. If you are just going to stick with grinding then i would spec so that you nothing with +finishing moves... reason i say this is that most mobs die quick until zf and in zf i still wasn't using finishing (with the stuff that you have on your rogue zf will be a cake walk too). After you get to 45 and go to a different instances after zf, you might want to respec to have +finishing moves cause you will probably be using them. But if you still plan on raiding then i would stick with your raid spec cause once you respec to power lvling it will be hard to dish out the damage in heroics and raids.
