I've been browsing through stickies and guides but nothing has helped me thus far.

I have a desktop and laptop computer. I want to use the desktop computer as my main and have it send the keys to my laptop. I purchased Keyclone on the desktop and can't seem to get it to send any keys to the laptop. Do I have to purchase it again on my laptop? Can anyone please help me?

If you found this topic from the search function and need info on dual-boxing by using 2 machines, here's some vital info:

You need to buy a copy for each computer. Then the computers have to be networked together and you need to configure each copy of keyclone so it can find the other one. This is described in the directions on the keyclone website.

This is described in the directions on the keyclone website.I've now purchased Keyclone on both computers and they are connected via Keyclone. On my clone (laptop) I clicked "Add" and typed in the address of my Main Keyclone (desktop). After doing so, I can see both of them in the box. They still, however, do not pass keys between eachother. Suggestions? I've read guides and can't seem to figure it out. My desktop has Windows XP and my laptop has Vista, could that be a factor?

Try PM'ing Keyclone here on the forums. I'm not sure that running two systems with keyclone is a common way of doing things yet.

I believe keyclone will only broadcast to wow windows. Are you trying it with wow running on both machines?

I got it working last night!

It turns out you have to purchase 2 copies of Keyclone. After that is done though, the whole process is very simple. Thanks for the replies everyone. Now I just need to look into some good class combos and macros.
