Nicely done man. On a side note with Adobe Media Encoder what Format and Bit Rate setting are you using for streaming. I've been playing around with the settings big time to try and find the optimal settings.

VP6, 200kbps, 15fps @ 650x480. Seems to be a good balance of performance and quality on my 5mb line.
