dual boxing shaman question

well i got my 4 pairs to 60 finally ^-^ got a question tho..would it be better for one of my toons..prolly the second toon..to be a resto shaman? was figuring that whiel questing the leader having earth shield on all the time would be cool among other things...any thoughts?

i have a team that's currently 63, all 5 shammys except for instances and one of them is resto for the shield and if i need any major heals in a pinch he pumps them out and the others keep dpsing.
