Could you explain what your goals were for this UI? Hard to critisize if I don't know what your were shooting for.

PVP, PVE? what information is most important for you to see?

Do you play on a real giant display?

Looks pretty good. What totem timer is that? Looks clean and easy to read.

Basically i like to see my keyclone/start bar and what ever else i have open, also doing it like that lets me add a bit more "widness" to the screen, i can see better whats going on around me.

Strictly pve, I dont really pvp much tbh.

My main is samsung 30" screen and I play in custom 2560x1200 res(actual screen is 2560x1600), and for my girls i use 24" in 1920x1200

Actually i just got those today, I was using yata before, these are called "totem timers". I like it a lot, for the simple reason that they show actual ticks on poison/disease/tremor totems.

Only because you're looking for feedback!

I'd personally move the party frames and any action bars that don't need to be clicked into less valuable real estate, like one of the currently empty bottom corners. A couple of your buttons could be combined into one (like using all your healthstones, your different mounts) and you might see if you can find keystrokes for some of your other skills so that you have a clearer view of "behind" yourself while tanking.

Looks super clean though, that's pitbull unit frames right? I really should bite the bullet and make the switch.

the reason why i have party/grid closer to the middle, is that i like to see what theyre casting without having to move my head:P and also i do click grid, be it for taunt, bop or heal(I use it with clique), i tried having them to the far side, but it just felt wrong for some reason. I can always see "behind me" no problems there, i usually have camera max zoomed out.
Good call about combining buttons, will do that later today.
I use a_g unit frames and bartender.

Remove the portraits; they do nothing for your group on your main. You know your Shamans are Draenei, you know your Paladin is Draenei, so the only thing the portraits might help you with is targets and that's only if you are fighting vastly different-looking mobs.

Turn off Quartz's buff tracking: it's redundant and can be easily tracked through your own buff (buff yourself first, then refresh all buffs as yours starts to tick down).

Other than that it comes down to choice of textures: I despise the default textures Pitbull loads so I have to change them to something flatter. Everything else looks good to me. Perhaps I would hide the system bars on the alts, but that's minor, I think.

I'm trying to search for the same totem timer but I've had no luck. There are plenty of mods called "totem timer" but none give the same appearance as the one you're using. Do you have a download link?

I'd also take advantage of the open spaces in lower right and left corner for something.

I did some changes, Ill post them soon. I'll also post all the add-ons.
I don't want to fill out all my screen with stuff, hence I will rather keep both bottom corners empty.
I also like having portraits! NOt everything has to be useful, and i like staring at my girls o.O
My party/grid is there so its easy for me to see what they're doing, healing/tanking/dpsing gets tough sometimes, and there is no time to look around the screen.
Quartz's buff tracking is extremely useful for a pally, i can see time on judgments, HoJ, frost shock etc. without having to look at the million buffs.

edit:
heres my add-on folder:

ok heres updated one, got rid of the buttons completely, I already know all keybindings by heart, so no point in showing them. small see through bar in the right portion of the screen is omen.
