I was wondering how people make there other characters spread out when there fighting and what is the point of it? is it required to do that everytime? also i was wondering what are the best class or classes to play for a 5 box? i was thinking of making 5 undead's 1 warrior 1 priest 3 mages. would this be a good idea or does the 5 of one class work out better? Also ill be using keyclone and thats about it can anyone recommend or know of anything else that will make my life easier when playing 5 WoW toons? thanks in advance - justin

If you are just starting out. Start with your 3 mages and see how you like it and how your system preforms.
What I presonally did was:
(3) Shamans
(1) Master Account (2) RAF Accounts leveled to 60.
Then using the RAF system created a free 60 Pali.
I was experienced enough to handle another class and now play the Pali (tank) as my main and (3) shamans as my DPS slaves.
Also if you do 3 mages you will have no healing and this is why many people start with shamans just because they dps and heal and ez mode for boxing. When you start to mix in other classes you are making managing all of them more complex.
I have a forumation button but I ONLY use it when I'm doing 5-mans and taking on a pull i need to watch everyone, otherwise they just stay in their normal tight /follow line.

What is a RAF account? If im going to 5 box dont i just make 5 different master accounts? Also i know i can easily handle 5 World of Warcraft accounts easily. And how did u make a formation button is it in the game already or from the keyclone or something different?

Reasons for spread out "formations":
Looks freakin' cool (draw pretty shapes with Shaman healing)
Manage characters (trade items, cast buffs/heal if you're a clicker, mouseover macros)
Positioning (gets healer quickly to the rear of the party, dps'ers in the middle, tank out front, etc.)
Makes all characters stop following the main.
It helps to have another layer of control for your party.

RAF is 'recruit a friend'. read about it here ('http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=20588') .
