Most large patches have been a huge file plus a small one on patch day. The one we have all downloaded is probably heavy with graphics, which won't change as much in the last couple weeks of the beta.

I just hope the final changes aren't that large, or they up their bandwidth a little. The p2p doesn't work as effectively for me.

On a related note, for anyone that has made folder copies of WoW, do you have to download the patch twice (or copy after d/l) or will the downloader point to the original directory installed via your registery entries?

On mine, I have every directory except CACHE, WTF and INTERFACE junction-linked to the main one. So I patch once, copy the 8-10 binaries from the root wow directory to the others and I'm done.

What do you mean "copy the 8-10 binaries from the root wow directory to the other"? I recently symlinked my Data folder, theres more to do after patching the root wow or will that be enough?

Patch is coming out on Oct 14th. Unless some major issue is found between now and then.
