So I'm starting up my hunter and rogue combo with raf. I was wondering if someone had a good list handy of where they went to level, similar to a guide but basically only doing kill n number of guys quests. I've read http://www.dual-boxing.com/wiki/index.php/BoE_Turn-in_Quests and will surely do those for the easy xp. Also, the 5 donation quests will be nice. But more specifically, anyone know the best zones for these types of quest for easy levelling?
Thank you.

All zones, non-collection quests...profit.

One of the most memorable spots for me was Hinterlands (horde)
Picked up over 10 kill or single item collection quests all in the one area. I think I gained 2 levels on these alone and I had outleveled the area a bit.
yeah Hinterland is the best for sure.
I liked Ungoro as well, lots of kill quests, lots of 'discover' quests, and a number of very sufferable collection quests that you can do on the way, or buy items on the AH.
WPL i only do the 4 cauldron chain quests, and the torches in andhoral, and in winterspring, i only do the elite beast chain (which is not elite anymore) and the ice giants (those would give me around 600xp a kill, with a 70 in the group)
In earlier levels, i liked Desolace (most people dont) just because of the many kill quests there. and the charred vale harpy quests (including the no longer elite one)

I have 5 accounts with 2 as the RaF root veterans, and any time i see a collection quest for not too many things (like in shimmering flats there are about 5 of them), I just do it on the 2 vets then eventually when they pop ahead a level I just grant one back to the other to catch them up. This way I get to level even more from questing with only 2/5 of the collection work.
I'm sure this would work in a pair too - just collect with the vet guy and grant now and then.

Don't you mean to collect on the RecruitED account instead? if you collect on the Veteran account (RecruitER) you won' be able to grant levels. Veteran accounts are on the receiving end of levels, not giving end.
If you are Horde, check this out Mendicant ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=12142')'s post, ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=12142') is all you need.

I did 1-5 wherever the starter zone was. Can make level 6-7 there easily and quickly. Don't bother with any long drop(collection) quests. Do the first one or two drop quests if they open up a bunch of other easy ones.
Assuming horde, of course. ;)
At 5-7, I go to Tirisfal and do all of the quests there, even the drop quests except for the ribcage/skulls one and the scarlet sash one.
At 13/14ish, I move to Silverpine. Don't do any of the drop quests here except for the Dalaran Pendant one (leads to a nice staff).
At 18ish, I move to Barrens and do all the non-collection quests except for the Raptor Horns/Heads quest since it's such a fast spawn and tightly packed.
At 24ish, I go do the harpy and cenarion sons quests in Stonetalon.
I may come back and do some of the southern barrens quests here if I'm lagging behind a bit. (the silithid eggs, named mobs and gann's first quest only, though).
At 25ish or when I'm done with Stonetalon/southern barrens, I go do all of the ashenvale quests except for the Satyr horns and Warsong supplies quests (too expensive/time consuming for the length of time the loot will help you).
At 30ish, when I usually finish up the last of ashenvale, I'll move to Thousand needles and do only the purifying earth drop quest, plus the other non-drop quests.
At 33/34ish, I'll move to desolace and do those.
At 38/39, I'll move to Dustwallow, which gets me to 42ish.
At 42ish, I'll move to Feralas.
At 46ish, I'll do some of Tanaris, unless Alliance is being pricks, then I'll go to Hinterlands.
After hinterlands, usually 50-52, I'll go do Felwood, which gets me to 55ish.
At 55ish or when I finish the non-drop quests in Felwood, I'll go through the tunnel and do winterspring and back and forth to Felwood for the non-drop quests to get me to 57/58 depending on how well things went. If I'm not quite 58, I'll go do WPL for some quick XP and ding, then head to Outlands.
I'll do about 9-10 quick quests (non-drop) in Hellfire and bam, 60.

Some collection quests have a 100% drop rate with a high number of spawns to choose from (the electrified scales in blades edge for example) and so are worth doing. But going 1-60 you can avoid every single collection quest and not run out of quests to do.

I went from 54 to 60 doing the quests in BRD. I hate that place now...

Four Words for you, remember them well: Blood Elf Starting Area
You can go from level 1-23 in 3 hrs without doing any of the collection quests, missing a bunch of kill quests as well just because you outlevel them so quickly. My recommendation for anyone rerolling is to do it in the BE area, except the 1-5 thing, you can literally just kill the mobs around you faster than doing the quests sometimes and for the other races alot of quests are cut off from you. I was level 8 before even leaving the starting area and killing Dar'khan is a piece of cake because the Blood Elf Starting Area unlike ANY OTHER Horde area actually gears you out correctly as you level. You leave at 23 with gear that will last you forever, in my case the staves you get last me all the way until 54 where Outland gear replaces them. (Only if I don't farm for illusionary rods in SM)
After leveling 4 RAF groups to 60 (On my fifth) I'm averaging around 1 day 18 hrs total for leveling time, the only instance I actually do full clears on is SM for the AMAZING experience, all the other ones though are just time sinks. I go from BESA to Hillsbrad, knock out the Battle quests (longest levels currently trying to find a better place, possibly go back to Ashenvale) And then I head straight to southern barrens for the Dwarf quests and do the ONLY collection quest there as it enables me to kill stuff while waiting for the npc to respawn to hand in the Tear of the Moon quest. Thousand Needles is right below and takes only a Half Hour to do the Former elite quests and the kill quests. Then its back to Hillsbrad finishing up anything there, then straight to arathi, do the Sigil and kill quests, back to hillsbrad for the Crown of Will then straight to SM. Stay there until the Quest is completed, sometimes one or two more runs just for items. By then I'm level 42 and it starts getting interesting. I've found the Badlands, Tanaris, Feralas, Searing Gorge, Badlands (elite quest), hopping works best. At 51, which you should be if you do the kill quests in all these zones head to Hinterlands, I kid you not, I got 3 levels from doing 10 quests. And since you are now 54 go on up to Felwood, get to about 56, if you make it to winterspring hooah, but you probably won't need much, then head to WPL and do the quests in zone, you'll ding 58, fly to the portal and do the minimal quests for 60. Grats, now park them in an inn and wait for the next patch and level some more.
