Does anyone know of a way with Vista to take a screenshot covering all monitors at once? I have a pair of 1920x1200 screens side-by-side and I'd like to be able to take a single 3840x1200 screenshot in one go.

At the moment, I can hit PrintScreen and my five instances of WoW will take independant screenshots that I'd then have to stitch together. Could I possibly unbind PrintScreen in WoW and let Windows take care of it?

Yes you should be able to do exactly that - unbind screenshots in WoW and just have the windows screenshot take it. But I'm not at home right now so can't verify it 100 %.

Im not sure if that works if your not using windows.

i have my taskbar set to auto hide, just select that when playing - let it appear then disappear press "prt scr" as you normally would, this will allow you to caputre the whole screen without joining windows together.

ctrl - printscreen then open paint and hit ctrl-c

works like a charm

Im not sure if that works if your not using windows. It's ctrl-V unless you want to copy empty space in a paint doc...

Gadwins really the way to go for full screen capture, there are others out there I'm sure, but I've been using gadwin for a few years now and it's solid, spyware free, free, etc...

Installed Gadwin, configured it to capture fullscreen, unbound PrintScreen in all five WoW clients, but it only captures what's on my primary screen.

I can set it to capture a rectangular selection and select the entire desktop over both screens, but this is.... "sub-optimal" :)

Any ideas?

Just press print screen.
Then click Start and type in mspaint.
paste and save and you're done.

No need to install anything

Well I'll be damned, never ran across that before...

I've submitted it as a bug...

But if you want to screenshot things while you are in the thick of it...
