I don't know an addon which does...but maybe the "fightlog" (don't know the right word in english) could help you.

As I know you can release the window of the fightlog (so you have 2 windows, one chat one fightlog)

I have a friend modify a SCT addon for me where you could add any players name and it would show their damage as well. It was pretty nifty for about 2 minutes and then just turned into outright spam.

Beyond that it no longer worked after patch 2.0
