That happens to me a lot. What i found out the cause is that my computer wasn't connected to the internet.

Keyclone does appear to have a fairly sensitive hardware "key" generation mechanism. Adding a couple of hard drives or changing their letters has done this for me.

The good news is that Rob is _very_ fast about updating things and he doesn't appear to sleep, either.
