I run WoW and when i try to run another shuts down just the second one and gives me error message! PLEASE HELP!

I am running one instance of wow on low res with everything on low quality. When I try to open another instance of WoW i get this error message:

I have a geforce 8700gt
intel core2duo t7100 1.8 ghz
2gb memory
320g(2x160g) hard drive space


I have tried having a wow directory on each hard drive and i get the same error.
I have ran memtest and nothing is wrong with my memory.
I have tried running it with autohotkey active and off.
I have ran WOWrepair three times.
I am running out of ideas....please help me. Thanks.

I had the same problem and recall i also had this problem a few weeks ago, and forums suggested deleting some mods I had running, so tried it again , deleting Questhelper and Arkinventory as they were showing to be memory hogs, and the problem went away. http://www.dual-boxing.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.png

But for some reason this problem only occured when i tried to use my 70 priest ?? both times, when loaded alone , and with my 2nd a/c
