Alt Lock healthstone macro?

Anyone got a working macro that I can use on my lock alt to create a healthstone and cast it on himself if its created? Same with soulstone if possible. I'm dualboxing 2 locks so they just need to use them on themselves.

/use Healthstone

/cast Create Soulstone

I dont have a lock yet but I think these will work for ya.
