I am currently RAF Quad Druids, and not sure which is the best way to get the level up.
There are so many questions in Dark Shore, but not sure if it is worth spending time doing them ... Or should I just go to Westfall.. and continue on with the usual chain which I did with my 1p3L and 4shams..
any suggestions?

darkshore is a decent place to quest. you will also need to quest there for your bear form quest.
if you have BC, i would suggest questing in azure mist and bloody mist isles. questing area is more compact, so there will be less traveling time. darkshore is one long run after another.

Do not do collection quests AT ALL unless they're both easy and lead to another series of quests or great loot. If on a PVP server, skip the following zones completely: Hillsbrad, STV, Arathi, Badlands (unless alliance), Tanaris, Alterac Mountains. You can possibly do some quests here but the ganking can get really stupid in these zones. Up to you. DO NOT let your quests turn green! Always keep an eye on your quest log and turn in the lowest level quests FIRST! If everything is green and has been for a while, forget 'em and move to the next zone. Spec whatever you like until 20, then spec balance. Train Starfire. Pwn stuff. Smile often. If you don't have a sugar-daddy to spot you training costs, just train your damage spells, travel form, oomkin form and PVP utility spells. Don't bother with anything else. Don't waste money on a mount at 30. It isn't THAT big of a deal. Wear +sta/+spirit/+int leather or cloth, in that order. INT is good but you'll rarely be standing around spamming spells for long enough that a deep mana pool matters. Spirit DOES matter in helping you regen between one-shotting mobs.I'm sure there's more but I'm in a meeting and tired. :P

I thought that was the primary reason for Blizzard to lower the level requirement. To help players level faster in time for the expansion.

Because druids get an instant cast 40% speed increase - 20% extra isn't worth wasting money on if you don't have a sugar daddy.

You missed the part where he said, "If you don't have a sugar-daddy to spot you training costs"

totally agree with Ughmahedhurtz
For druid/shaman, I don't think it is any significant benefit in buying mount at 30, having travel form/ghost wolf is way faster to move around as they are instant cast. Casting mount up wasting a couple of seconds. For me travel form/ghost wolf move my fleet - see mob cast spell killed - change form run again... go faster than mount up and down.
for the leveling side; i don't think in Darkshore Ashenvale is the best area......run around for miles to do a quest. It might not be true if you manage to find the circuit with you can do all quests in a round. I think there is such circuit but don't remember where i saw it

First of all, everyone doing RAF has a main and that main can do one or two days worth of dailies to get the gold for a mount for their RAF toons. It's just plain bad advice to say to not bother getting a mount at level 30. Traveling is the number one time sink in the game and any way to reduce that time sink means faster leveling.

i played a druid solo a while back and at level 30 travel form was awesome. come time to buy the mount at level 40, i used up almost all of my gold for it. tihs was before the ridiculously insane price drop and level drop that happened. anyway, after traveling from Bloodhoof village to Camp TJ, buyer's remorse set in. what i enjoyed having though was the level 60 mount. that mount is worth its price in gold, or marks, or however you bought it with.
again, coming from a druid's perspective, the level 30 mount is meh.

Please do esplayn that logic to me as I think I missed the patch note confirming it.

on the wow forum that i frequent, there has been several new players to wow asking questions, all using RAF with their friends or partners. so not all RAFs have 70s.
not even thinking about the ppl with mains that reroll on different servers without present mains on that server

It's probably safe to assume that most RAF people 4 boxing have played the game before.
With PVE to PVP transfers, there's no real reason why you wouldn't roll on the server of an existing character - or use a friendly (and greedy) goblin to assist you in your adventures.
Leveling:
Pay somebody to run you through instances.
Do quests that don't require looting any non 100% drop, or anything that requires looting lots of this.

reroling the other faction because your piss bored of all the quests you done a hundred times or you might have found a multibox guild on a server you don't have a main on. theres 2 real reasons for you right off the top of my head :P

Are you using RAF?

i think because the complexity when you are playing more than 1 characters at the same time, each class has its own game mechanism. In order to play multi boxing with joy, having knowledge/ideas of what you are doing is rather important. RAF imo , is a promotion that is also for exisiting gamers (who advanced in game or end of the road/bored, might as well be 70) invite other players (new comers, reroll, different classes), can progress in game much faster in light of upcoming expansion pack.
New comers who enlisted with RAF can do multiboxing, but due to very short time in characters leveling, this could cause a problem with GOLDS, in which you need to learn skills and get more suitable gears.
with all that i think we then assume those who is doing multibox + RAF might already have main 70
god i am bla bla bla
