Hey All,
I understand that running costs of the domain and web hosting means needing a return in the means of website and I have clicked on the adverts to see what they are.

But what I'm REALLY against is the Gold Selling adverts, any chance of changing the google advert categories or something?

I heard something about Scott Kurtz over at www.pvponline.com getting Google to block the goldseller advertisements.

I will look into what we can do on that. Also looking at other advertising instead that is more beneficial to the products that are shown here.

I used to frequent another forum that was WoW related. They were, in essence, zealots when it came to discussing anything related to gold sellers or "paying to have your character leveled" type services.

So much that they would frequently delete topics and ban users for even bringing them up in discussion. If you want to know the site, PM me.

Anyway, I don't really see anything wrong with the advertisements. If they're paying the bills, so be it. A nessicary evil, just like the services themselves.
Hmm I recognise the description of a site... though I never frequented it much, even if its the same place. Did they start a banner campaign that had a no gold type idea?

TBH for me I have yet to see a gold advert on this site, I might just be lucky, or perhaps noscript blocks something. I do get the normal google banner at the bottom of the page but that is 90% of the time a levelling guide, (Team Devise) and ocasionally an insurance site. :?
