I've just done 1-60 with Hunter-Warlock combo which turned out a bit cat+mouse in the end thanks to uneven class quests & the Hunter out-DPSing the Warlock the whole way.
This time around I've decided to try something a bit more stable. After some research I've settled on starting with double DPS & doing the later levels with DPS/tank-healer.
I'm wanting a Resto Shaman for WotLK so I just need a good partner for her and Warrior, Rogue & Paladin are the only other classes I don't already have.
Any suggestions as to which of them three would best work with a Shaman?
