"No Pass" in Octopus 1.3.5fI?

I have looked and came to the conclusion that I have not been able to find the "Do Not Pass" section for this program. I think I have came close thinking that either it's the "Keys" or "Mapping" area but I am not to sure about this so I am asking if any one might know where it is. This would save me a whole lot of trouble with the breaking the movement of the alts.

i dont know a 'do not pass' function, but i use the whitelist function in the keys tab.
With that on, you only broadcast keys that are in the list (and not movement keys for example)

the key list is equivilent to keyclone "do not pass", it's a black or white list.
