Specs for dual boxing leveling Pally + Mage in outlands?

Hi guys, I've posted a similar question before but it was confusing and long so I'm going to make it bit simpler:

What specs should I go for on my Pally and Mage if I want to dual-box level them from 60-70 in outlands? (I'm probably going to do quests since its faster than pure AOE grinding?)

Pally is the main and Mage as slave.

Paladin for sure Protection, you can do huge pulls and AOE tank.
Then mage go what you prefer. As you have your own tank, you do not need to worry about Frost Nova / Ice Barrier / Ice Block (reduced cooldown).
- Frost: blizzard, cone of cold
- Fire: Blast Wave, Dragon Breath (+damage, but less mana efficient)
