So last night my guild goes to do Gruuls/Mag and after weeks of waiting I con my friend to go with me and get my mounts on my 2 locks, already got my pachyderm for the priest. Unlike my last attempt where I forgot about the soul shards this time I was prepared, well my friend was since his lock is 70. So went in and at first did a few mistakes and got everyone killed except for my 70 pally which I took because he is the only one with a key to DM West.

Prior to entering or getting to the instance I had my priest with me, and I ask my friend you got the key for DM right, and his like what key, you dont need a key. After arguing with him for a few minutes I got on my pally and we went in there. With me having to heal my friend which decided he wanted to aggro everything, those walking trees stink there knockback is a pain in the behind he got my locks killed and himself killed, I was lucky to get knocked back to the entrance.

So after we got all established we cleared that first pylon and went after tree boss, Tendriss Warpwood, totally forgot we had to kill the other walking trees first, so after he died he called his budies luckily it was only 2 of them the others we had killed already. So after this went upstairs and got the other 2 pylons bypassing most of the mobs that we could and killing the ones we could not. Went back downstairs, started killing the wind elementals that walk around there and then got the other 2 pylons. Killed Immol'thar after that and proceeded to let out Jeeves to do his thing, he summoned the first part of it and after a while we failed cause my friend forgot to recharge the 3 items. Second time around it all went well, thought I did not use the locks as much just the Felguards and there AOE cleave and concecration on the pally. Man was that fun I was like will this ever end and it eventually did, we where waiting around for like 5 minutes and I ask my friend your sure your not suppose to summon the steed, and his yeah where just suppose to wait. Eventually his oh wait I do have to summon then it was on with the Dreadsteed of Xoroth. After it was all said and done I thought it was great to have done all the quest up to that, I have read some post on Warlocks den about wether it is worth doing it, and I must say that yes it is, same for my pally quest I did not get it till way after expansion came out, and only reason I got it was because my friends pushed me to do it.

So for those of you that are MBing locks do the dreadsteed quest its a great quest and a fun encounter.

Now for my other team got them to 38 but man was it a pain, STV questing is FTL with all the ganking that goes on there, you get a bunch of lv 70 horde and they just gank away, I have read on here that its the reverse on other servers that ganking is done by the alliance a lot. So really why is it that they do it? Do they have anything better to do? I guess it keeps the population down on the side that has less and makes it easier PVP wise to get ahead if the opposite faction cant really get to 70. And then being on a PVP server I can't really complain to much. I had my lv 64's camped by a 70 warr with full pvp gear for like 10 minutes and I was like forget it, and I rezed and hearted what else could I do, I could only get him down to like 50% before he killed me.
