Power level or quest with RaF to level shaman?

I have 2 level 36 shamans and I want to get 1 to 70. I was planning to do 70 content with both of them, but I doubt I could because I have shit FPS in raids or major cities. So now all I want is to get atleast 1 to 70 and use the RaF levels to level up my warlock and occasionally dual box my shaman with my priest/druid/lock for fun. I am wondering if constantly running my shaman through instances on my 70 priest or questing with my 2 shamans with the RaF bonus would be faster.

In order for RAF triple xp to work you must be within 4 lvls of the other person. I advise finding another 70 and having them PL you through instances. I have a friend nice enough that lets me use his Arena 2 dec'd marks hunter to run though. I have 5 toons though so I have to swap one out every now and then.

Do you think running myself would be faster than questing with the RaF bonus? Questing is so boring : (
