Deathcharger x5

So Ive been working on deathcharger for my 5 shamans for about 2 years now.

Currently I am at x0 and not counting at all :<
Think I might give up.

Thoughts?
I am eager to get to 80 then burn threw alot easier, thunderstorm looks nice there.

Are you talking about the baron's mount, that looks exactly like the undead warhouse only blue instead of green or purple? If thats the case you'd be much better off just farming runecloth to get exalted with undercity and buy the warhorse in purple/green instead - no one will even know the difference and it will be about 1000x quicker since the drop rate is like 0.001% (lowest drop rate of any item in game as confirmed by multiple GMs).

I've run BD Strat 200+ times between all my characeters and never seen one drop.

Others here have gotten one around the 150 mark.

You'd be much better off farming the ZG mounts.

Random is random. :(

Just get 5 RAFs and sport 5 Zehvras!

The downside is the mount is a 1 in practically never drop rate. :p

The only problem with that idea is that being alliance makes it a little difficult to get an undead warhorse.

You would have to kill him about 12,500 times to have a realistic chance to get all 5 of your team a deathcharger. At 30 minutes per run that is 6,250 hours assuming zero downtime.



Assuming that you will sleep but do nothing else, that is close to two years of your life.

5 deathchargers, u almost made me laugh!
either u have a gm friend, or better forget it.

ur looking at 15 minute runs without stop, and u can lower it to 10 minutes in rambo mode, but after 3/4 runs, forget it. sometimes i get motivation for it, but after 300+ runs, i dont count anymore, i dont think it will drop either, i just do it to kill some time.

that mount is destined to drop to fail players, casuals, ppl that dont know how lucky they are.

Pre-expansion, most servers had only a couple people at most with the deathcharger out of EVERY group that ever did a Baron run, and people did Baron runs all throughout the day back then. Grinding it out to get a single deathcharger is a cool idea, but you definitely need to give up on getting five.
