Can't connect to this website from my home.

Really odd, I don't know whats up. I am actually using a neighbors wireless on my notebook to do this. I thought the website had been down for the last week. Is my home's IP address being banned or blocked or something?

Well, i tried rebooting my modem and router and that did the trick. so irritating. I just thought the website was down For an entire week!
