So I've been hammering out Blood Furnace since 62... the 2nd boss was always a bitch, I couldn't reliably make it past him til 65 and even then it was touch and go... not enough juice and the spell pushback was a bitch...

My 5th shaman hit 65 today, the other 4 hit 66, I've been trying to catch up Samarri and am close now... went and hammered out Ring of Blood with a friend tanking for me out of party, that went well so I decided to go try my totem as a tank...

Went into blood furnace and wow, it's absurdly easy!

One tip for the final boss though, drop your earth ele totem then fight away off to the side of it... the boss goes "come closer" and invulnss himself, your Elemental runs back to the totem, which should be out of range of the explosion....

I cleared Blood Furnace at 64x5 yesterday with ease. The last wave of the 4 waves was kind of close for 1 of my shamans, though. But I could have used ankh if he would have died. Last boss was piss easy, even without an elemental. Grounding: nuke the casters 1 by 1 and renew grounding. And the boss drops so fast that you can get him down before he does his AOE.

Can't wait to hit 66 though. I'm pretty tired of grinding BF/Ramps and I'd really like to be able to completely clear Slave Pens and Underbog for some variation (and Mana Tombs/Durnholde Keep if those are do-able at 66).

Mana tombs is cake at 66 with 5x shamans. Durnholde at 66 everything was easy except the last boss, I wiped trying to kill the waves up to him and the boss himself - think it would be easier at 67 with a new rank of LB or even 68 with a new rank of chain heal. Even the Earth Elementals died pretty fast to the dragonkin before the last boss.

Still, mana tombs is a good/fast run at 66/67, now that I'm 68 I'm going to try durnholde again.

Slave Pens at lvl 66 is just fine. Youre not overly worries about the trash and you can take the boss down easily. Releasing the guy in the cage at the end was the biggest pain though because 3 mobs appeared and one spam mind controlled my pally tank (brain) and I got all messed up and wiped. Ankhed though and just avoided them. This one is a good instance imop not too long either. Fear can be a nuisance but just make sure you pull into space where you cant get any adds.

I went to SP at 65 and was ok with it--only geared in quest greens and one or 2 blues so nothing special there, have a go, the worst you can do is wipe.
