Really annoying lag

Alright so i am new to multi boxing, i know how to do everything but when i put my chars on follow on the main one they lag and it take forever, the following characters just skip back then start moving foward again over and over, anyone can help me fix this?

Sounds like PC lag.
Do you have dual core/quad core cpu. How much ram, how many hard drives, how many wow folders.
How many mods you running .. etc etc.
Give us an idea of your setup
