I'll try and spare you all the long story and just say a few months ago while in training (i'm in the military) I had my account stolen I just recently got it back and as you can imagein my characters are all jacked up. Naturally I contacted blizzard about doing a item restoration but they shot me down yesterday so now it's up to me to make do with what I got. My hunter is the only playable 70 out of the three I have and the only gear he has is a full set of S1, S3 2h axe, HWL lv60 bow,heroic badge cape and lv60 boots. Basiclly I'm looking for any tips on some easily gathered gear, pvp will be painful but i might beable to ride it out for awhile, and I'd rather not burden a pug for instances. My professions don't help out and I've goten everything from what little rep I have. Oh and they transfered me to a new server where I don't know anyone so I'm in the market for a new pvp server. Hell, if you're looking to xfer as a multiboxer, Magtheridon is pretty lively of late.

Check Auction House for level 70 blues. They should be dirt cheap, since noone needs them anymore. If you have 0g you can easily do a few daily quests and have plenty to upgrade your lvl 60 bow/boots. That's all it takes to get ready for heroics and BGs. Good luck!

I'll give the auction house a try, as far as transferring as a multi boxer I don't feel like transferring all 5 of my shammy team but I may move my priest/hunter over and start a new team since I still have over a month on on my RAF bonus.
