Prepping a new team before RAF runs out

I've decided to level up a second team in preparation for Wrath, what I'm thinking is:
Death Knight, 3 Frost Mages,and a Resto Shaman for heals. I'm not entirely sure on the spec for the DK, but I'm leaning toward Unholy for the group synergy with casters.

With my main group of Pali and 4 Shamans, this will give me a full set of 5 Shamans at my disposal for PVP fun also. Any thoughts?

Death knights start at lvl55, how are you going to get around not being able to RAF when one guy is 55?

The Shaman for the team is waiting at 61 right now ... the Mages are currently 42. And climbing ... They'll be 61 waiting on the DK by the time Wrath Drops. I checked the time limit on my RAF accounts, they were made on September 1st, so assuming Blizz hits their release date I should be able to do a little killing till I'm 55.99, ding him to 60.99 and complete the starting area quests for the DK. Which will put him in line with the Mages and Shaman ... My only real concern are the DK skills and such, I'm not in beta but what I've seen so far I like. I'll have enough banked levels though I could just Gift another Paladin to 61 or something. But I really want to try something different with this team.
