why the xp boost stops at lvl60? is it bugged when i reach to lvl60?
Is there anything i can do to boost XP in Outland? plz help :( :(

They're changing the XP to have a +10% increase from 60-70 in the upcoming 3.0.2 patch, which should be out mid-October sometime.

im not sure if you're talking about refer-a-friend or if you're talking about the patch that helped with experience gains from levels 20-60 in october of last year. can you clarify?
