Hello! I´ve been thinking of buying keyclone for a while now, currently using keyclone. And as i understand, keyclone? could anyone tell me something about its unique features? and by the way, got 2 computers, do i need to buy 2 licenses to then?

Maybe its stupid questions, but hoping to get answers anyway.

And as i understand, keyclone? Huh? WTF? Eh?

//mogge Keyclone lets you simplify a lot of settings that would otherwise take several applications to make happen...

Maximizer is possible without it, but takes a batch file to launch effectively...
PIP is Unique as far as I know...
RoundRobin exists elsewhere (AHK you can do this) but is amazingly easy to setup.
Keymaps are powerful but confusing to setup...
Commands to start your wow accounts are very handy...

And yes, you need 1 license per computer you intend to run it on.

Afaik keyclone doesn't let you move mouse from 1 computer to the next; octopus is a lot more painful to setup but seemingly does everything that keyclone does, and more (mouse control) for free - keyclone is a bit easier to setup/use but frankly none of those programs have very user friendly UIs. People can correct me if I'm wrong.

Keyclone is fantastic.

It was pretty easy to setup (as I read the getting started guide someone posted here) , and I've grown in to features that seemed complicated at first.

Yes.

You need one licence per machine, and it's transferrable when you upgrade your hardware.

Currently starting all my WoW's from an Octopus instance on my main computer and everything's going fine :p

Should've tried Octopus first, before wasting money on Keyclone :(

(Others have this shift problem too, and apparently it never got solved)

I've never tried Octopus or HotKeyNet, but I *love* Keyclone, and think it is excellent value for money.

I started with something else. I can't remember, what it was and don't want to give out a wrong name.
I made the switch to Keyclone and have never looked back.
You don't just get software alone with your $20. Keyclone is highly supported by Keyclone...err Rob, the author. :P

I've never had the problem with Shift on either of my machines.

I've only been multiboxing for a few weeks now.. I started with hotkeynet which was great for the basics but when I seen a few feats that keyclone had to offer it got me curious.. so yesterday I bought it and it cut any down time with windows and logging in half, pluse has a few more helpful options such as pip which is very helpful for pvp when your main gets focused hard.. with the press of a button the next main pops up.. the macros are a pain though.. and the round robin system is just nice to have ingeneral.. not sure what else has it.. I haven't tested many progs, but since I tryed keyclone I haven't needed to :P

Broadcasts my shift-key just fine 0o? Some folks have problems, some don't. I had issues with my setup but I believe it's due to a VERY heavy use of modifiers (Every key I send is ctrl alt or shift modified, some all three). I resolved this by using a keymap that just confirmed what was being sent.

I'll try to get around it using keymaps today. And I'll recheck on another issue, for some reason when I pressed 'A' on this machine, the other would receive 'Q'? (And they're both azerty keyboards, no idea whats going on there)
